Returns

FAULTY PRODUCT – Print Error or Quality Issue: Should you notice a print error or quality issue related to the production process, notify us within 12 hours of receiving the item. Attach clear images of the problem and your order details, and we will work diligently to rectify the situation.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

The product/s are returned after use.

The products are damaged from the customer’s end.

If sizes are chosen incorrectly, exchanges are not available.
